Been eating at Old Spaghetti Factory in various states since the 90s! This one was really good service, she was friendly with a smile, and up to par with my order! I got my usual OSF manager's favorite and it tastes fresh at this restaurant. The bread was fresh too. And the spumoni ice cream is always a treat! Its good that the recipe stays consistent. It makes me enjoy this restaurant chain for many more years! Thank you

We had a wonderful experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory in downtown Sacramento! Our entire family gathered there, and it was the perfect place for us to enjoy time together. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and family-friendly, and the restaurant did a fantastic job accommodating our large group. The food was delicious, with generous portions and something for everyone to enjoy. Everything was served promptly, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Thank you for helping make our family gathering so special. We look forward to returning again soon!

I really enjoyed this place they are very generous you pay one price for a 3 course meal where they give you, soup of the day or salad and a hot fresh big peace of bread, your main course which you choose I had Breast of Chicken Fettuccine, and Ice cream for dessert at the end .

For the price, OSF (Old Spaghetti Factory) does not get much better. We applaud their relentless focus on pasta and spaghetti, and not veering off into "random" dishes like the Cheesecake Factory or TGI Fridays has. OSF, despite being a chain, retains its class and dignity. I haven't been to OSF for almost 2 decades... and during our recent visit to Sacramento, we thought it'd be a great place to dine with the entire family. We were in the mood for some good pasta, and OSF did not disappoint. The classic mizithra and brown butter pasta was slightly dry... but very flavorful. The meat sauce was just perfect, both the noodles and the sauce. The fetuccine with clam sauce was also solid. Considering how much pasta this place serves, I'm presuming they are not hand-pulling the noodles. However, the strands were solid and we left satisfied. The tiramisu dessert was a bit off as it was frozen. The salad also seemed to have been prepared ahead of time - the greens had lost a bit of their rigidity. Even so, we had a wonderful time at OSF. The meatballs on the side were also great and filled with flavor. On this particular night of our visit, the service was absolutely horrible. I unders

The servers were very friendly. The food was very good and we were able to use a birthday coupon which made our meals a good value. I love that the building is an old railroad building. The decor is fun and I love the trolley. I think the place was possibly understaffed. We waited a while for a hostess to greet us and put our name down. It took a very long time to wait for the check, a box, and then for them to take our payment. But overall, we had an enjoyable experience here.
